Authors Biography: Ed Rossman, with a Masters of Arts in Communications from Ohio University and a Masters of Library and Information Sciences from Kent State University, has been working to promote education, library sciences and information sharing for over a decade. He has over fourteen years of experience working in public libraries, most as a “frontline” supervisor or branch manager for top nationally ranked library systems. He has hosted over 100 shows for radio dealing with information literacy, journalism, and website design, and created one of the first radio station websites in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the recipient of the OCLC Web Junction Award for Innovative Content and Use of Technology and has been teaching communications and library science classes at the college level for 12 years. He prides himself as being a "performance coach" in the field of information literacy, and strives to empower others to do the same. ***
