I have a "Virtual Poster Session" going on at PLA this week! The theme is "The Making of a Webinar". It details the development of the Webinar I did in January that talked about Web 2.0 tools and had over 200 librarians attend live, entitled "Castles Against Ignorance: 10 Ways to Make your Library Great in 2008!  The timeline from conception to delivery, software used, script-writing techniques and other aspects of the development and delivery of the program are reviewed.
